- Despite this sketch parodies the film The Dark Knight, Batman is wearing his costume from The Arkham Redemption, I'm Thirsty, The Joker and I'm Made of Chocolate, instead of his iconic costume from Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight trilogy (2005-2012) wored by Christian Bale, although he did wore it as shown in Beware the Bat Piano, You Can't Be Serious and Moral Quandary.
- In the actual movie, the fight with Harvey took place at an abandoned warehouse where Gordon’s family was held hostage, not at a hot chocolate factory.
- Gordon and his family are also absent in this sketch.
- Batman didn’t actually met Harvey/Two-Face at the hospital at the time of his transformation, it was Commissioner Gordon who met him.
- In the hot chocolate factory, the regular half of Harvey's face touches the vat, yet we later see that the scarred half is burned.
- When Harvey says "Don't call me Harvey, call me by my new name", his lips don't move.
