The Great Fondoo is a magician, a member of the Really Rottens team in the Laff-A-Lympics. After some unidentified team members of the Really Rottens (Dread Baron, Mumbly and some of the Dalton Brothers) killed the team members of Yogi's Yahooies, The Great Fondoo was seen getting inquestioned by Snooper and Blabber. After he points out that most of the villians in the Really Rotten Team was created especially for Laff-A-Lympics, Snooper and Blabber killed him by shooting him in his heart.
