- This skit is set around World War II, but the series premiered in the 1980s.
- on the All 4 version in the UK, The word "damn" is accidentally censored during the scene when Tyg is about die even but is was clearly uncensored on the DVD and TV version in the United States.
- Usually, the Shirt Tales gang wear different colored shirts. Here, the shirts are only red. Same goes with Tell Tale Shirt.
