Scrappy-Doo is a character in Scooby-Doo. He appeared in the skit Laff-A-Munich. In this skit, he was kicked into a lake by Blue Falcon while saying his catchphrase (Puppy Power). He was voiced by Dan Milano.

- Scrappy never appeared in the Laff-A-Lympics as he weren't created when that show aired, so why do he appear in Laff-A-Munich ?
