- Once again, Matthew Lillard (who is the official voice of Shaggy since 2010), Linda Cardellini and Freddie Prinze Jr. reprises their roles as Shaggy, Velma, and Fred from the live action Scooby-Doo Movies, while Seth Green starred in it's sequel.
- Grey DeLisle also reprises her role as Daphne, being the official voice of the character since Mary Kay Bergman's passing in 1999.
- The ghost on the mask of the villain is the Creeper from the Scooby-Doo Where Are You! episode "Jeepers, It's the Creeper!")
Goofs / Nitpicks:
- While not used as much as Zoinks or Jinkies, Daphne did actually have a catchphrase in the cartoons, "Jeepers".
