Robert Reed Carradine (born March 24, 1954) is an American actor. He is the son of the legendary actor John Carradine. Carradine made his film debut in 1972 in The Cowboys with John Wayne. He made an appearance as a killer in the Martin Scorsese film Mean Streets alongside his brother the late David Carradine; and was in Massacre at Central High in 1976. He was in the successful Revenge of the Nerds series of films as the nerd named Lewis Skolnick. He also played Lizzie's (Hilary Duff) father, Sam McGuire, on the Disney TV series Lizzie McGuire. Carradine will star with Miko Hughes, Ruth Buzzi, Nick Turturro, and David Proval in the epic dark comedy/mystery, City of Shoulders and Noses, scheduled for release in 2009.
