Seth Green would also use this voice when he portrayed the Cat in "Life of Rhyme", an episode of the Cartoon Network series MAD, which was co-created by Robot Chicken writer Kevin Shinick.
- The Cat in the Hat's outfit also resembles the one from that segment.
- The man who left the bar Horton was advertising was the drunk dad from Screw Youssical the Musical.
- Glycerine Johnson from Beast and the Beauties can be spotted in this sketch.
Goofs / Nitpicks:
- The Lorax does not really have a tail in the book, the special, or the film.
