Patrick J. Warburton (born November 14, 1964) is an American television actor and voice artist. He is perhaps best known for his television roles of David Puddy on Seinfeld, the title role on the live-action version of The Tick, and the evil Jonny Johnson on the final season of NewsRadio. He is also known for providing the voice of Kronk in The Emperor's New Groove, bodyguard Brock Samson on The Venture Bros., wheelchair-bound Joe Swanson on Family Guy, Steve Barkin on Kim Possible, and the wolf in Hoodwinked, amongst others.
