Michelle Christine Trachtenberg (October 11, 1985 - February 26, 2025) was an American television and film actress who is perhaps best known for her role as Dawn Summers in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. On Robot Chicken, she has performed a number of characters, most notably the screaming Gummy Bear.
On February 26, 2025, Trachtenberg was found dead in her New York City apartment. She was 39 years old. ABC News reported she had undergone a liver transplant and "may have been experiencing complications," while noting local police were not investigating the death as suspicious.

- Trachtenberg had what she called a "horror movie scream" which she wanted to use at some point in her career. The original Gummy Bear sketch came about from Seth Green wanting to build a sketch based around this scream alone.[1]
