Joel E. McHale (born November 20, 1971) is an American actor and host of The Soup on E! Entertainment Television. He had small roles on television shows such as Oliver Beene, CSI: Miami, and Will & Grace, as well as being a bank employee in the film Spider-Man 2. He also currently stars as Jeff Winger in NBCs "Community".
