While the original PSA has Rachael Leigh Cook smashing the entire kitchen to further demonstrate the 'ripple effect' of drugs affecting many aspects of life - family, friends, finances, self worth, health, etc., the skit apparently parodies that as she smashes, not only the entire kitchen, but runs rampant about town, covering rather trivial aspects (profits from the bake sale, world economy, STDs, stupid tattoos, etc.)
