Cree Summer Francks (born July 7, 1969), better known as Cree Summer, is a Canadian-American actress and Emmy Award nominated voice actress. Her most famous roles include Penny from Inspector Gadget, Elmyra Duff from Tiny Toon Adventures and Roller Brawl from the Skylanders video games. She also appeared on The Cosby Show spinoff called A Different World.
