- Although the figures of Beetlejuice and Lydia are fashioned after Michael Keaton and Winona Ryder's portrayals of the characters from the film, the satire is that of the animated series where Beetlejuice and Lydia are close friends and Beetlejuice would help out Lydia with various problems or go on adventures together.
Goofs / Nitpicks:
- When Beetlejuice's wife calls Beetlejuice back at the end of the sketch, she shouts "Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, MOTHERFUCKING BEETLEJUICE!" However, this should not have summoned him, as to summon Beetlejuice, his name must be repeatedly and clearly said three times in a row, with no form of interruptions.
