Biff is a character in the Jabberjaw series.
He appeared in the Robot Chicken skit JJ's Summer Vacation. In this skit, he and Shelly suggested that Jabberjaw takes a vacation. later he appeared at the end. Shelly becomes worried that Jabberjaw hasn't been back in awhile and suggest that they should go and look for him, Biff refused and it was shown that they got a new drummer for the Neptunes.
